Your contribution to education development has been immense. You have educated generations of children and equipped them with knowledge, skills and values for life. You have mentored and guided teachers and strengthened the teaching profession in Buhweju. You have promoted the value of education among children, parents and the wider community and improved the quality of teaching and learning through dedication and professional commitment. You have nurtured future leaders who have gone on to serve their communities and country, and contributed to the growth and development of schools through leadership and experience. Above all, you have instilled discipline, good morals and responsibility in learners and inspired the community to recognize education as the foundation for Buhweju’s development.
Mama Ludvina, allow me to extend special personal appreciation. In 2002, I served as your Deputy at St. Paul Primary School, Bihanga, while you were Headteacher. You mentored, guided and encouraged me as a young teacher and imparted valuable professional lessons that have remained with me throughout my career. I will always be grateful for your leadership and mentorship.
Your lives represent a remarkable journey of service, dedication and commitment to education and to Buhweju. Your contribution has touched many lives and will remain an important part of your legacy.
