SHEEMA,UGANDA — Mr. Zephline Muhangi, the NRM Western Region Coordinator, represented the NRM Secretariat in Sheema District during the observation of the LC1 elections, reaffirming the party’s commitment to democracy, grassroots leadership, and peaceful participation.
During the exercise, he sensitized residents on the electoral process, clearly explaining how to vote, when to vote, and how facilitation would be disbursed.
He called upon all eligible voters to participate peacefully, responsibly, and in an orderly manner, reminding them that every vote is an important contribution to strengthening democracy and development.
Mr. Muhangi further urged wananchi to remain united behind the National Resistance Movement, NRM, by overwhelmingly electing NRM flag bearers in their respective villages.
He emphasized that strong grassroots leadership is the foundation of effective service delivery and the continued transformation of communities under the visionary leadership of H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
