KAMPALA, UGANDA – The tribunal’s unanimous decision, rendered on October 14, 2025, reviewed and set aside the ruling delivered on September 30, 2025, reinstating Beatrice Rwakimari to her rightful position.
This outcome reaffirms the will of the electorate and highlights the robustness of the NRM’s internal dispute resolution mechanisms.
With this ruling, Beatrice Rwakimari is poised to lead the NRM in the upcoming elections for the Member of Parliament seat in Ruhaama County Constituency, Ntungamo District.
