RUBIRIZI, UGANDA – A gruesome discovery was made in Rubirizi district on September 27, 2025, when Ensinikweri Sipriano, a 45-year-old resident of Nyandongo 1A village, was found lying by the roadside with multiple deep cuts on his face. He was rushed to Rugazi Health Center IV, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
