NTUNGAMO, UGANDA – The Chief Coordinator of the Tubirinde Gye Campaign, Mr. Aijuka Rodgers, praised H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for his extraordinary dedication and lifelong service to Uganda—a commitment credited with preserving peace, stability, and progress nationwide.
Addressing residents of Rwentobo–Rwahi Town Council, Mr. Aijuka urged strong support for President Museveni and the Tubirinde Gye Campaign. He described the President as a tested, proven, and visionary leader whose stewardship has anchored Uganda’s development and security.
Hon. Naome Kabasharira, Member of Parliament for Rushenyi County, attended the event and called on youth to champion the NRM’s transformative agenda. She emphasized the need for unity in order to ensure full support for President Museveni in Ntungamo District.
The Speaker of Ntungamo District, Hon. Twikirize Nicholas Mugyenyi, highlighted flagship NRM programs—including the Parish Development Model (PDM), Women Entrepreneurship Program (WEB), and Youth Livelihood Program (YLP)—which have economically empowered citizens. He urged residents to safeguard these achievements by re-electing President Museveni.
NRM Chairperson for Rwentobo–Rwahi Town Council, Mr. Muhinda Fred, emphasized the importance of maintaining peace and security in Uganda, attributing these successes to President Museveni’s steady leadership.
Town Council Coordinator Mr. Kagabo Elly encouraged parish and cell coordinators to intensify grassroots mobilization for a decisive victory in the 2026 elections.
The ceremony concluded with the commissioning of the Rwentobo–Rwahi Town Council Taskforce, which includes over 420 dedicated members, on Monday, 10th November 2025.
