Bushenyi,Uganda – National Water and Sewarage Corporation (NWSC) Managing Director, Eng. Dr. Silver Mugisha, advised Bushenyi Area staff to prioritize Knowledge, Skills, and Character (KKC) to excel in their careers.
Speaking at Kitagata water treatment grounds, Dr. Mugisha emphasized that KKC is a package deal, requiring all three elements to succeed.
He highlighted people-centered leadership and performance-based promotions as key to improving performance, praising the outgoing Bushenyi District Council for partnering with NWSC to extend water services. Top-performing staff members were recognized with gifts.
