MBARARA CITY – Its sad news on our desk that the missing Mbarara Regional Refferal Hospital staff Judith Kyarisiima has been found dead.
From social media platforms of some credible sources, Judith Kyarisiima’s body has been retrieved from River Rwizi today Tuesday 10th September 2024.
The post about her disappearance spread to various media platforms starting on 2nd September 2024 when she was last seen and later went missing.
Kyarisiima Judith who has been an assistant Nursing Officer in Charge of Maternal and Child health Unit disappeared from her home in Katete Central Mbarara City at around 7pm and since then, police have been investigating circumstances surrounding her disappearance.
She has been the National General Secretary for Uganda Nurses and Midwives Union, an umbrella that brings together all Nurses and Midwives in Uganda.
By press time, Police had not issued any statement confirming the death of Judith Kyarisiima.
