BUSHENYI – Mr Mumpe Martin Rushegyera has confirmed that he is very ready and set to contest in the Bushenyi-Ishaka Municipality mayorship race in the the fourthcoming elections.
Martin Rushegyera 44 years hails from Rwenjeru Parish, Nyakabirizi division, Bushenyi -Ishaka Municipality and is a son to Eliezeri Rushegyera and Kyorayende Jane.
He attended Bweranyangi Boarding Primary School, Pioneer High School, Ruyonza School and St John’s Secondary school before graduating with a diploma in information Technology at St Augustine University, Tanzania.
This is not the first time Martin Rushegyera is standing on this seat; in 2021 he was also one of the strong candidates though he narrowly lost to the now incumbent Byaruhanga Richard.
