Under Managing Director Dr. Eng. Silver Mugisha’s leadership since 2013, NWSC has achieved remarkable growth, including a fourfold increase in customer connections and a tripling of annual turnover. Dr. Mugisha’s innovations and investments have earned him international recognition, including Uganda’s highest civilian honor.
