The Uganda National Examinations Board will release the 2025 Primary Leaving Examination results this Friday, Jan. 30, following a briefing with education officials regarding candidate performance.
The results will be presided over by the First Lady and Minister of Education and Sports, Janet Kataaha Museveni, at State House, Nakasero.
The briefing of the Minister of Education and Sports has been conducted and recognised by the stakeholders on Wednesday, January, 28.
The First and the Minister of Education and Sports Maama Janet Kataaha Museveni appreciated the efforts of the board in ensuring that the results are released on time.
A total of 818,010 candidates registered for the 2025 PLE in 16,140 schools countrywide, with 428,398 of them girls and 389,589 of them boys and only 797,444 candidates registered in 2024.
