RUBIRIZI – Rubirizi district Woman Member Of Parliament Honourable Kesande Grace Bataringaya has donated atleast 150 bags of Cement worth shs 5 million to Kyambura Catholic Church.
The bags of cement were delivered on Tuesday 26th November 2024 was fulfilling the pledge that she made in the church during the thanksgiving Ceremony of Maama Kyama recently.
Following her most preferred action word “Katandika Butandisi” simply translated as “its just the beginning”, Hon Kesande Grace also donated 50 bags of Cement and shs 500,000= cash to Kirugu Secondary School.
Speaking to this website after delivering the cement at Kirugu Secondary School in Katerera, Hon Kesande Grace revealed that the donation is part of the contribution towards the completion of School Boys’ dormitory since she plans to add more support.
We learnt that the district woman representative also continued and donated 80 iron sheets to Rwandaro Catholic Church, 10 iron sheets to Butoha Catholic Church, 20 bags of cement to Nyabwina Church Of Uganda and 20 bags of cement to Kaburikwiri SDA Church, among others.
