NEWS – Police in Rubirizi district are hunting for a man for allegedly defiling a 3 year old toddler.
The suspect is Drake Chairman LC1 Wandegegeya village, Nyamabare parish, Katerera Sub County in Rubirizi district who is accused of luring Atwiine Blessing 3 years a daughter of Kantebe Esther of the same adress into a sexual intercourse after buying for her mango juice drink.
The matter was reported to Katerera Police vide CRB 107/2024 by Kantebe Esther (Munyarwanda) who is the known the biological mother of the victim.
Its alleged that when Esther was washing her daughter on 24th May 2024, the daughter showed signs of feeling pain in the Vagina and when she asked her, the daughter (victim) revealed that the suspect whom she called uncle pushed his susu (penis) into her vagina.
The Greater Bushenyi Police spokesperson SSP Marcial Tumusiime confirmed that police has already received this report and investigations are on going.
By press time, the victim had already been examined on PF 3A and the suspect was still on the run.
