BUSHENYI – Office of the president Bushenyi District has started Cadre course training today 14th January 2025 for local Council leaders targeting Local Council one, two and three Chairpersons, NRM Chairpersons at all levels of LC1, II, IIIs and LC3 Court Committee members.
According to Lead RDC – Bushenyi District Emmy Ngabirano ; Bushenyi District has been divided in zones to avoid participants moving long distances and trainers will find them.
Today; they are beginning with Kyabugimbi zone aimed to cover Kyabugimbi Town council, Kyabugimbi and Ruhumuro subcounties . They will have their training at Kyabugimbi SSS. RDC Ngabirano Emmy says other zones and their dates will be communicated thereafter.
RDC Ngabirano says that ideological orientation for local leadership in inculcating pillars of NRM revolution are very core.
Local leaders ought to have ideological clarity/ purity on a motley of issues of national importance and resultantly impacts their leadership style and performance output. RDC Ngabirano says
Office of the president Bushenyi District has identified solid facilitators from different professions to train local leaders. He says lectures will cover law, leadership, patriotism, government programs like PDM , Emyooga, Environment conservation, dialogue/ mediation, morality, security , development mindset geared to fight household poverty among others.
RDC Ngabirano Emmy says there are to use revolutionary methods to make sure Cadre training course becomes a success.
He says so far people and educational institutions of patriotic will have supported by giving food items like posho, beans and others cash so that Cadre training course goes on ading that NRA revolutionary struggle did not win because of enough resources per se but the revolutionary spirit .
He then implored Bushenyi people to support in whatever form to make sure this Cadre training course is a success.
