KAMWENGE – Kamwenge National Resistance Movement (NRM) Chairperson aspirant Chrispas Asiimwe Mugisha is in his final touches to construct a mega building that will house the NRM district offices.
Chrispas Asiimwe Mugisha, a resident of Kampala Bigere, Biguli Sub County in Kibale East County says Kamwenge people support NRM 99% and cannot keep running the party in a brief case.
This website learnt that Chrispas Mugisha has already secured land in Kamwenge town where the offices will be constructed and developed an architectual design for it.

Close sources also told our reporter Chrispus Mugisha is not only eyeing the NRM Chairmanship seat but also wants to unseat Hon Minister Frank Tumwebaze on the Kibale East Parliamentary spot and has been a key player in supporting community development programs especially in health, education and sports sector with 2 ambulances donated to costituents among other achievements.
Mugisha accuses the current NRM Chairman Hon Minister Frank Tumwebaze for openly supporting independent candidates including chairman LC5 and Woman Member of Parliament which can be seen as the reason as to why NRM Candidates lost in the last election.

Mugisha beleives that the NRM office will serve as a central herb for party activities, community engagement and promotion of democratic values in the district plus playing a vital role in organising grassroot efforts, improving party visibility and providing a platform for local governance related issues.
The construction of the NRM office will significantly boost the party’s influence and capacity to adress the needs of the local population on addition to fostering stronger connections between the community and party leadership, ultimately contributing to the party’s long-term success in the region.
End.
