SHEEMA – A team from the Office of the National Chairman NRM Coordinators of Bushenyi Subregion, led by Subregion Coordinator Kansiime Peace, embarked on a visit to Sheema District.
The primary objective was to profile Success Stories and Challenges among the Parish Development Model (PDM) Beneficiaries.
The team, comprising Bazuukulu Coordinator Nankunda Promise, Muhumuza Michael (Coordinator for Sheema), Mwesigye Kenneth (Coordinator for Buhweju), and Nyongirwe Winifred (Coordinator for Rubirizi), focused on monitoring the progress of the PDM in parishes of Kishabya and Rwabuza, Sheema South constituency.
According to Kansiime Peace (Team Leader) Bushenyi Subregion Coordinator, the team also used this opportunity to sensitize communities on the National Register update.
Kansiime Peace told this website that the team’s efforts align with the NRM’s goals, as they work towards achieving success in the 2026 elections, with the slogan “Jajja Tova Ku Main 2026”.

The Establishment of ONC for NRM is in accordance with Chapter 4, Clause 14, Subsection 1 of the NRM Party Constitution.
The Primary Purpose Of the ONC is to provide substantial support to the National Chairman in effectively implementing the party’s Principles, policies, and other endeavour that contribute to the betterment of the NRM.
The National Chairman of the NRM Party is His Excellency President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who also serves as the Chairperson of the National Conference and the National Executive Council, convening and presiding over their respective meetings.
The ONC is under the Leadership of Hajjati Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye , who also holds the position of Senior Presidential Advisor.
