SAD NEWS – Police in Bushenyi are investigating circumstances surrounding the death of a yet to identified man whose body was found floating in a fish pond of Ikemia Matembe in Kitwe Cell, Rwentuha Town Council.
Its reported that on 13th November 2024 at around 6:40pm, the body of an unidentified man dressed in blue shirt, blue trouser and black shoes was found floating in the mentioned fish pond.
A case of suspected drowning has since been registered vide Bushenyi DEF 024/2024 and the body conveyed to Kitagata General Hospital Mortuary for postmortem.
The Greater Bushenyi Police Spokesperson SSP Marcial Tumusiime confirmed the incident stressing that inquiries are still at hand.
