BIO – Jeniva Arinaitwe Nalongo , is new chapter politician who is dedicated to advocate for the people of Rubirizi and is set to carry the torch of her constituents’ interests to the Parliament of Uganda in the upcoming legislative session (2026-2031).
With her extensive experience in grassroots mobilization and her unwavering commitment to the welfare of her community, Nalongo Janiva is well-positioned to effectively represent the voices and concerns of Rubirizi in the national legislative body.
In an interview with our reporter, Jeniva narrated that she is soon beginning a massive mobilization to join the 12th Parliament, come rain or shine, and this time, the people of Rubirizi believed in her effort considering what happened on the official opening match of Ankole districts tournament where Rubirizi district won Ntungamo 1-0.
“Together, we shall build Rubirizi on a strong foundation “as sustainable and equal development is our goal. What she termed as leadership with legacy!” said Nalongo. She adds that Rubirizi being the pearl makes Uganda the pearl of Africa, which must be the reason, Rubirizi to be among the leading districts in development in Uganda.
Jeniva Nalongo legislative agenda is expected to focus on key areas listed such as enhancing access to quality education and healthcare, Promoting economic empowerment and entrepreneurship, Improving infrastructure development and road networks, advocating for social justice and human rights among others.
As a champion of her people’s interests, Jeniva is composed to make a significant impact in the Parliament of Uganda, ensuring that their voices have always been heard, but this time round, it should be louder and clearer.
