The Chief Magistrate, His Worship Adams Byarugaba, heard that the suspects, all teachers from different schools, formed the WhatsApp group on November 2-4, 2025, sharing alleged UNEB PLE examination papers.
According to the UNEB Act CAP 259, Section 25, possessing unauthorized examination materials is an offence, regardless of accuracy. The suspects are to appear in court on November 20, 2025, for their next hearing.
