The accident happened on November 17, 2025, at around 4:30 pm at Rubirizi district junction along Ishaka-Kasese road. Police responded promptly to the scene and transported the injured victims to Rugazi health center IV and Rubirizi medical center for treatment.
According to police, the suspected cause of the accident is careless overtaking. The vehicles involved have been towed and are now in police custody pending further investigations. Police are appealing to the public for information on the whereabouts of the driver, who is still at large.
