MBARARA – Radio Maria Uganda Mbarara Sub-station is set to celebrate 30 Years of Evangelizing in Uganda in a grand anniversary celebration slated for 21st November, 2026 at *Nyamitanga Cathedral* in Mbarara.
The celebration is being held under the biblical theme: “Do whatever he tells you” (John 2:5), commemorating three decades of spreading the Gospel through the airwaves.
According to the organizers, the anniversary will double as a fundraising drive for a new frequency intended to expand the station’s reach.
Under the campaign message “Help us turn 95.2 into the heartbeat of Ibanda,” the station is calling upon all well-wishers, listeners, and Christians to support the initiative to ensure the Catholic voice reaches every corner of Ibanda District and beyond.
“Join us as we celebrate 30 years of evangelisation & fundraise for a new frequency,” the poster reads.
Christians and supporters across Uganda have been invited to attend the celebrations at Nyamitanga and to contribute generously towards the cause.
