KAMPALA – The Chairperson of the NRM Women’s League, Hon. Adrine Kobusingye, has joined national leaders for the official launch of the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) website at the PLU Secretariat.
Hon. Kobusingye, who also serves as Patriotic Officer 0157, attended the launch alongside PLU Secretary General Rt. Hon. Fadil Twala, Central Executive Committee members including Rtd. Moses Mushabe of the Veterans League, Ministers, Members of Parliament and other PLU leaders.
Hon. Kobusingye, widely known for her mobilization of women across the country under the slogan “All Women for Museveni”, reaffirmed her commitment to mobilize women to support PLU and its activities.
In her remarks, she thanked PLU Chairman Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba for his passion and ethical leadership in promoting patriotism in Uganda.
“The agenda of our Chairman Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba is clear – patriotism, discipline and service to Uganda. Women of Uganda are now set to align with PLU because PLU is the home of patriots. As Women’s League, we will mobilize from village to national level,” Hon. Adrine said.
The launch marks a new chapter for digital patriotism and mobilization, with women expected to play a leading role.
