SHEEMA, UGANDA – The West Ankole Diocesan Bishop, the Rt. Rev. Johnson Twinomujuni, has reminded believers that life on earth is temporary and that death comes at an appointed time.
Bishop Twinomujuni was speaking today during the burial of the late Enid Sanyu Kekishaka, wife of former Ntungamo Resident District Commissioner, Cadre Mucunguzi Geoffrey, at Kibutamo in Sheema District.
Drawing from Isaiah Chapter 41, Verse 10, Bishop Twinomujuni urged mourners not to fear but to put their trust in God, who strengthens and supports His people during difficult times.

The Bishop also commended the late Enid for her love and service to the Church.
Her husband, Cadre Mucunguzi Geoffrey, described Enid as the shock absorber of the family, a unifying factor, quiet and disciplined. He thanked his late wife for working with him to produce, nurture and educate their children, and called upon the children to remain united and support one another.
Speaking on behalf of the children, Agaba Collins described their mother as a pillar of hope, a patient woman, an intercessor and a prayer warrior who taught them how to pray. The children said their mother taught them humility, generosity and the importance of remaining united as a family.
The parents of the deceased described Enid as wise, hardworking and peace-loving, saying she was a woman who could take on any responsibility, including cattle grazing.
The head of the family, Elder Butamanya Godfrey, urged the children to love and support their father, while encouraging Mucunguzi Geoffrey to remain firm in Christ.
The media fraternity and activists from western Uganda were represented by former Buhweju County Member of Parliament, Hon. Francis Mwijukye, who conveyed condolences to Mucunguzi Geoffrey.
Meanwhile, Sister Rosemary Akilol, Commissioner in the Office of the RDCs Secretariat, commended mourners for turning up in large numbers to give the late Enid a befitting send-off.
Sister Akilol described Mucunguzi Geoffrey as an excellent NRM cadre and supporter of President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, urging him to remain firm despite the loss. She also sought to allay fears among mourners concerning Mucunguzi’s future deployment, saying they should remain hopeful.
The late Enid Sanyu Kekishaka, aged 49, succumbed to a blood clot. She has been laid to rest, leaving behind her husband and children.
