KIGEZI – The territorial police in Kabale are stranded with a female adult dumb lady, who was brought in by good Samaritans at the station.
Having employed the services of a sign language expert one Shellina a student of Solberg college, it was established that she is called Caroline Nayebare 19 years old, who was found stranded at Miami Hotel area opposite Stanbic bank within Kabale municipality hence rescued from any risk and brought to Cps Kabale by Miami staff where every efforts are being made so that she is reunited with her family.
According to Kigezi Region Police Spokesperson ASP Elly Maate, she is likely to be from either Kabale or Kisoro districts because she could not specify.
“Any person missing the dear one of a dumb disability, should visit Kabale CPS so that is identified and taken back home”,the spokesperson said.
