The two have been identified as Esther Naluvuma (44) and Norah Nakayunja (53), both residents of Buyanja Sub-county.
The suspects allegedly attacked Robert Bebwa (51), the LC I Vice Chairperson of Butayunjwa B Village using a sharp object, inflicting severe injuries to his private parts.
Police say the attack is believed to have stemmed from a domestic dispute linked to accusations of infidelity.
