Rubirizi,Uganda – Education officials in Rubirizi district have trained teachers and headteachers on teamwork, performance management, lesson planning, evaluation, and discipline to improve quality education and performance in schools.
Deputy District Education Officer Mr. Tumusiime Geoffrey says the training aims to promote discipline among learners and teachers, effective lesson planning, and quality education. Participants, including headteachers, praised the training, saying it will improve their skills and performance.
