SHEEMA – Police in Sheema district, greater Bushenyi sub-region are hunting for assaiant(s) who allegedly murdered a 25 year old Woman.
The deceased is Shallot Turyahabwe a waitress , resident of Market cell, Sheema Municipality in Sheema district who was murdered in the night of 21st April 2024 at unknown time at Market cell in Kabwohe but suspects are still atlarge.
Its today 22nd April when Sheema Police got information about the incident and they rushed to the scene, then identified the deceased who has been a waitress at Dorah’s Hotel in Market cell.
The scene was visited by OC CID Sheema Central Police Station D/SP Muhenda Paul, a team of homicide detectives and SOCO. The body of the deceased was taken to Kabwohe HC4 mortuary for postmortem.
The deceased’s body was dressed in a white sweater, whitish dress and a white knicker was seen on the right leg and her private part (vagina) was slightly exposed out.
The Greater Bushenyi Police Spokesperson SSP Martial Tumusiime confirmed this incident to our reporter stressing that suspects are yet to be identified and apprehended.
