BUHWEJU, UGANDA – Buhweju District Woman MP Candidate Nnamara Annet Oyes Byamukama, also known as Omuteganda, has appealed to the people of Kashenyi-Kajani Town Council to support her 2026 parliamentary bid.
Addressing her supporters, Omuteganda pledged to lobby for electricity, water, education, road improvements, and healthcare services for the people of Karembwe, Kansinde, Kibimba, Kikondera, Kasiti, Kidandari, and Itorero, all in Kashenyi-Kajani Town Council.
Buhweju RDC Muhindo Mwine and her assistant Hajjat Tumwine called upon everyone to support NRM and President Museveni. The RDC also reminded the natives to prepare to welcome President Museveni on November 29, 2025, in Engaju, Buhweju West.
Omuteganda urged the natives to vote for her, saying the NRM flag belongs to the people of Buhweju. She will resume campaigning on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, in Ekizungu, Rwizi, Akasharu, Ishaka, Karengyezo, Akamuri, and Akasiriya, all in Nyakaziba Town Council.
