KABALE – The territorial traffic police in Kabale have this morning arrested a driver and his conductor of motor vehicle reg no UBB302E Toyota Noah which of recent went viral on social media on Katuna road being driven dangerously loaded with it’s conductor seated beside the loaded property on top which was very dangerous to him.
The driver is Brian Akanyijuka and the conductor is Kennedy Kyokwijuka both charged with dangerous loading, carrying passengers in a manner that endangers their lives and carrying passengers without license.
The Kigezi Police Spokesperson Asp Elly Maate confirmed the incident stressing that the duo will be arraigned before court of law upon completion of inquiries and answer charges accordingly, to deter them and others intending to do the same from doing so.
