OPINION – We have always seen richmen and women in Uganda who always dish out sucks of paper notes and coins in Uganda to buy voter’s decisions.
However, we have also some good Ugandans who decided to live as examples in the society and do charitable services to help Ugandans in acquring services.
The truth is that most Ugandans cannot afford all the needed services especially in education sector, employment sector and health sector but there are few individuals who have always put a hand in helping them to access the so called impossibles.

When we talk about donating and giving, most people will think of those special citizens who come out during political campaigns and give out money or other items or provide short termed services so that they can be voted into power, we may term this as “alleged voter bribery”.
Today, www.theserverug.com through our reporter in Kamwenge district we have decided to bring to you the man who has always been on peoples’ mouth for extending his helping hand to different communities and individuals but has not been common in politics.
Rumours have it clear that this man identified as Chrispas Mugisha has been the top betting tip for most of the communities especially when considering service delivery.
Some of the people who talked to our reporter revealed that Chrispas Mugisha to whom they already branded Honourable is a born of Mutara in Mitooma but descendent to Kamwenge district in Kibale East County some time back has been their favourite person ever and asked him to represent them in Parliament.
The Kibale East Parliamentary seat is currently held by Minister Frank Tumwebaze, a clear indication that if one wants to take the spot, he/she must unseat him.
Well known as Honourable Chris, this man has built himself a name by supporting schools’ construction, churches’ construction and supporting Health Facilities.
On his name, he built two classrooms at Marere school, donated two landcruizer ambulances to the community worth 200m ugx each, bought Scanning manchines to various hospitals, donated motorcycles to various netizens and bought music systems to atleast 5 churches in the constituency plus giving out bursaries to now more than 40 learners countrywide.
One of the voters asked our reporter; “why can’t such a person stand and represent us because he is capable of developing our communith, i remember he also donated a number of cows to Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru during the empango celebrations”.
We talked to the man behind rumours and expectations Chrispas Mugisha who said he started helping people way back when he was still in Mutara, Mitooma district and continues to help the people because they need services.
“We don’t need a ruler but we need to live in a developed and transformed society, we just need a good leader and like here in Kibale i see we have a ruler not a leader”, he swiftly explained.
These words partially confirm that Chrispas Mugisha may have intentions of representing the people and some sources close to him reveal that he is in close alliance with Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU).

End.

Thanx to him
And so I support he is first one do in kamwenge
