NYABUBARE – People were left in shock in Nyabubare village, Nyabubare Sub County in Bushenyi district when a boda boda rider was red handed caught perfoming a sexual intercourse with a someone’s wife in a rented room and the two were assaulted badly.
The Victims are Kafuuro Samuel aged 37 a boda boda rider and Ampurira Phionah 29 years a hair dresser wife to Mugabe Immam all residents of Nyabubare village.
Its on 19th June 2024 at around 1:00am when the two were caught having sex and Immam with two others assaulted them inflicting severe injuries on their bodies. The motorcycle for Kafuuro (victim) was also hit with a big stick causing serious damage on it. However, the chairman responded immediately and rescued the victims alive and then alerted the police who immediately swung into action but the suspect had already fled the scene.
Inquiries were instituted vide case file of Attempted murder Vide CRB: 564/2024, Victims evacuated to Ishaka Adventist hospital for medical attention where Akampurira is admitted under ICU but Kafuuro had been discharged. Both victims were issued with PF3.
The Greater Bushenyi Police Spokesperson SSP Marcial Tumusiime confirmed this incident to this website stressing that efforts are underway to have Immam apprehended for prosecution.
