BUSHENYI – Kitakuka Development Association ( KDA) has donated 100 iron sheets, 20 metallic window frames and five doors to Nyandozo primary school .
The items were delivered on Monday 28th October 2024 by Engineer Augustus Turibarungi ( Alumnus of the school) and Karihwa Dan. Eng Augustus Turibarungi said that their KDA is giving back to community as a corporate social responsibility component and promises to continue to lobby with KDA members to make Nyandozo primary school to reckon with in Bushenyi .
Mr. Dan Katarihwa said that KDA is doing a motley of humane projects and they gravitate to see a better community instead of having few privileged people in community.
Hon Katusiime Annet Mugisha- Bushenyi District Woman MP said was pleased to see a group of people remembering their roots and supporting education that is a transformative tool to catalput community development. Hon Katusiime Annet Mugisha has donated bags of cement to help finish a classroom block.
Office of the president Bushenyi District thanked KDA members for supplementing government’s role in education of citizenry and said community participation in school by all school stakeholders causes school development.
Inspector of schools Mr.Nyanzi Garvin , members of school committees, Headmaster and teachers aslo witnessed the function.
